Delivery
Orders are shipped with Royal Mail in 1-2 working days, excluding bank holidays and weekends.
Please note, if you didn’t choose tracked shipping at checkout, no tracking information is available for your order and it’s not possible to locate it.
ADDRESS INFO: Please make sure that you have entered your correct shipping address. If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact Glam immediately to correct, otherwise, she can't be responsible for packages that don’t arrive to you.

Art Print Orders
When you order a print, it’s created on demand through a professional print service near your location, with production taking 3-5 days.
Delivery typically takes 2-7 days, ensuring faster arrival, no custom fees, and a smaller environmental footprint.
Please note, art prints are shipped separate from other items in the shop.

Shipping to EU
Unfortunately, due to a change in the EU General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) I am not able to ship any orders of my merch (pins, patches, stickers. t-shirts) and art cards to the EU after 12th December 2024.

Customs & Duty
Shipments outside of the UK: Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.
PLEASE NOTE by placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable. -
Returns & Refunds
Returns are not accepted.
If there’s something wrong with you order, please contact Glam via email within 14 days after the delivery date.

Custom patches/pins/t-shirts or other items are not available, sorry.

For art commissions please contact the artist via email with detailed description of the project.
