DELIVERY
SHIPPING TIME
US orders (only patches and pins) are shipped from warehouse in Minnesota MN and delivery takes 3-6 business days. If you order patches/pins with other items, shipping will take about 20 days or longer.
International orders usually arrive between 2-6 weeks, depending on your location. Your courrier will be your national post company (USPS for the USA, Royal Mail for UK, La Poste for France, Deutsche Post for Germany, etc).
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped the responsibility of the package is with the shipping provider. Please, contact your local shipping provider with any delivery issues.

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

You are responsible to keep track of your package after you receive an email with your tracking number. Please be aware that a signature may be required upon delivery or your order will be held at your local postal depot until collected.
I recommend to choose tracked shipping (especially for US, Canada, Australia), otherwise I won't be able to locate any items after I send it. Also if your order never arrives, I unfortunately can't send you a replacement or a refund.
I'm not responsible for any packages returned to me as undeliverable, unclaimed or because of incorrect or incomplete address. Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or rejected due to unpaid customs fees aren't eligible for a refund.

I DIDN'T RECIEVE MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
I'm not responsible for lost or undelivered orders but I'll do my best to assist you.

Deadline to file a lost mail claim – 6 months after the shipping date. If you'll contact me after the deadline, I won't be able to help you.
Untracked orders can't be located, and no lost mail claims can be opened in this case. Please keep it in mind, when choosing shipping option.

- Check with your neighbours
- Go to your local post office/depot as if it was undelivered they will be holding your parcel. Your courier may have forgotten to leave a missed delivery card.
- Call your courier company to organise a re-delivery or to solve any issues, unfortunately, I can't do this on your behalf as the parcel is yours.
- Check the address on the order as you may have inputted the wrong address.

I do my best to ship everything safely and make sure you will receive all items in perfect condition.

Please note, it's a buyers responsibility to receive and check orders. If you won't contact me within 14 days after delivery date, I won't be able to help you (give a refund or send a replacement).
Unfortunately I'm unable to accept responsibility for any packages that are damaged when it is clearly the fault of the postal service.
